There's actually 93 episodes to that 5 minutes series, not 31.

Thanks for posting.
(Mine aren't really mixing links, but I thought this would be a good thread to post them.)
Here is some really basic tutorials I have in my bookmarks. Some are Reaper basics, free drum and EZ Drummer related, and getting drums going and playing.

I don't mean to stray from the original topic, but I thought some videos of commonly asked questions might be helpful that include mixing, but also other basic functions to help newbs get going on Reaper or lower the learning curve when switching from another DAW.
Here's some more Reaper tutorials geared for beginners:
REAPER tutorial: Basic mixing simple tracks, adjust level/pan, render to audio file

Thanks I'll be sure to check those out! There's always some functionality that you overlook because you're not sure what it does. Like I never used subgrouping because I didn't know how to do it, helps a heck of a lot to lift the cpu load.

I had to go 6 or 7 pages back to find this. Thanks Zen!
Both are some of the best on YT.
The 1st link is awesome for beginners and intermediate mixers and all.
The 2nd link Dave seems very knowledgeable and the first one is Dave's favorite plugins! But it's a little dated and I try to apply the general idea to whatever level of plugins, tools, or techniques that I can achieve now. He seems very money aware and talks to beginner to pro level alike. They seem great so far. Thanks again Zen!

Yeah he is. If you don't know who he is, he has a Grammy award and mixes albums for Mariah Carey, Michael Jackson, Pink, Shakira etc.
There's about 170 episodes of that to watch, so it might be better to start from the end of the playlist.

There's also 93 episodes of that 5 Minutes series, that's just the first "season".

I thought starting from the beginning would be better, so why am I going to be starting from the end, first?
I'm going back and running the 5 Minute... videos as a refresher while I'm on the subject this weekend. You know, instead of a life.

Well as you said the old ones start to be a bit dated, and a lot of the same info is on the 5 minutes series as well.
Best practise would be to watch one episode and immediately try it out on a mix, then move onto the next.

Do the technique once and you'll remember better how it's done.

Got it.
And thanks for the time and effort here, with me. It's much appreciated.
