I recently got banned from rigtalk by Brad king after I gave him a load of earache on the forum regarding a deal that went bad between us and then I read the lolwat charvel spiderdan stuff so decided to hang around here for a bit as it looks like a much cooler place and I also noticed there are some cool people here that used to hang round Rigtalk, Donbarzini for one...

in answer to your question I bought an atomica from brad king and it was faulty right out of the box
I was not happy with the way the whole affair was handled and I had to return the amp on my dime. and then Brad King kept me waiting for my refund and I then found out months later that my refund only finally happened after he resold the amp to another guy called a5150 guy and the amp was still faulty when he sold it the second time... anyway I ended up giving him a load of shit over it and he sent me a P.M telling me he would ban me if I made any more comments on the forum so I told him to go fuck himself and shove his forum up his arse , he is a total prick

We're accepting dude's that already have priors?

Definitely a much better place and yes I did notice a lot of names from rigtalk , it is hardly suprising the way brad King runs it and on top of the that all the people lining up to pat Brad King on the back makes me cringe

I was really hoping to go through brad for my next purchase of an OR 100.

That's really unfortunate things went so far south.

Hi Dave , I would be cautious if you are considereing a purchase from brad king ... personally I would never deal with him again as he messed me about and cost me money
I was kept waiting for my refund after I sent the amp back to him and the refund only happened then because he resold the amp ,I know this because the day he sold the amp for a second time was the day he refunded me .I was able to compare date transactions with the guy who bought the amp the second time and both the transaction dates that he paid brad and brad refunded me confirmed that the day he resold the atomica was the day I got my refund so ...brad waited till he resold the amp to refund me which totally takes the piss plus the amp was still faulty when he resold it.
I think if you buy from Brad King and there are no problems with the product then its all good but he definitely did not treat me fairly when things went wrong so just be careful with him
he no doubt has satisfied customers but... if you are unlucky and the deal goes tits up then you could have a problem

I was banned too. About 3 times lol. Never got my amp back. Just a bunch of bullshit and threats.
