Kyle from Exhorder is on vocals and he is doing an excellent job I must say. Songs are very catchy and recapture the self-titled vibe quite naturally, imo. Soundcloud won't e,bed, but direct link is above.

This is really the only band other than COC in this genre that I dig. Great combination of doominess and melody.

Gonna take me a bit to get used to the vocals....guy isn't bad, but he's not what I think of when I think "Trouble."
Music kicks ass though. And I think I'll get used to the vocals. I never listened to any of the Trouble that Eric didn't sing on.

They had Kory Clark from Warrior soul before and he sounded terrible from the clips I heard. I think Kyle is a little more metallic in nature than Eric l, but I think he is a viable alternative. If Eric isnt available lol

I'm a big Trouble fan, but after Eric left I thought it was over. However, I am really digging the new songs. New singer sounds pretty good to me. Diffierent, but in the same vein.

Re: New Trouble songs streaming
Been listening to trouble since their debut on the Metal Massacre albums back in the early 80's. Always loved the guitars (I'm a huge Sabbath fan, and this gets right to my soul), but the vocals and occasional cringe-worthy lyrics never made me a full-fledged fan of the first few records. I really thought they'd found their place with the self-titled 'Trouble' album, but I kind of think they were working against the vocals ever since.
I've heard a few of the songs from this new album, and am really surprised at the change. I think the singer is excellent, but not certain of the match with the band. Still love the guitars, tough. Time will tell...
Really hoping to get to see them play when they head out to SoCal!

Check out Eric's new band Blackfinger. I'm liking what I hear so far.

That is pretty cool. I was a bit surprised to see the stand up bass.

Re: New Trouble songs streaming
Maybe it's just me, but it drives me nuts trying to search google for stuff related to Trouble (or other bands with a name that's a single common word)
Even the band's website has additional wording (newtrouble.com)
Try searching for 'Trouble tour 2013' - all I see is some other band named 'Vintage Trouble' Tour De France, Taylor Swift, and Pink, for gawdsakes - WTF?!?
Tool must have some super marketing dudes pumping the search results so their band site comes up first...
Tirade over... Still can't find what I'm looking for, but I guess I'm done
