Downloading logic pro from the istore...

It is so much cheaper than buying the full version on discs. Have any of you done this? Is there any difference to the package?
£150 odd to download and £420 for the package with discs

I think the samples and/or loops are a separately available purchase/download on the App store version. I suppose that would matter to some people, but I have the full retail version, installed the samples, perused them once, and deleted them. I found them pretty useless.

Interesting... It sounds like I might as well just buy/download it from istore.

Yeah, if I hadn't gotten the retail version for free from a buddy that had spare copies layin garound, I probably would have.
