Mesa vs Uber Metallica Load IR

Basically what it say. Both direct, using the same IR. I like this IR quite a bit. I may load it into the Mesa for DI for the IEMs.

Both sound great, but leaning towards the Uber.

mark for me and its not even close, the uber sounds thin, boxy and wimpy. the mark is perfect for you

Is it a midrange thing? To me, the Mesa sounds more refined. The Uber ruder sounding. The Mesa is easier to listen to.

The mids certainly sit differently on each. I prefer the Mesa but only slightly. The Uber is for sure more in the 5150 realm on the mids but not as far down that path, and has its own high end going on.
