I hope I like it

Didn’t itchy and a few others grab one? How you liking them?

I like mine. But I haven't spent a ton of time with it yet.

I'm interested in opinions about this pedal myself. I actually have one in my Reverb watch list for a few days now and only didn't buy it yet because I just bought the new strat and need a week or so to replenish the gear fund.

I’m pretty excited, I’m hoping it can replace my avalanche run… I’m just wondering about how it will hahdle the duties of the dotted 8th note u2/praise and worship shit I like to do but I’m optimistic. But I am acknowledging that it’s more of an echo than a traditional felaybpedal

But I think it will be fire

By a large margin. Strymon stuff is not great.

It's been on my main board since I got it, so yeah, I dig it. I have an old RE-201 as part of my home rig and I wanted something to give me those tones at a gig without having to haul a vintage tape echo - and it is perfect for that. While I can get them sounding pretty close, its not an exact match to the RE-201, but its close enough and doesn't suffer the tone suck of the RE-20. Best of all, its got a few presets, tap tempo, an extra tape head, and some foot switchable ramp functions that are fun for sound effects on command; all amenities that the RE-201 doesn't offer.

I've never played an Avalanche Run, so I can't really compare, but I'm looking forward to your review! If you like the U2, dotted 8th stuff, don't sleep on the ole Deluxe Memory Man, SoS!

I meant hace you tried this boss re202 out lol I don’t care about strymon. I used to fap over their demos in high school but never had any interest in buying one as an adult

I'll be getting one too, eventually. A few weeks ago I was on the fence between ordering a Sun Lion or an RE-202 and opted for the Sun Lion. Once I'm ready to make another big new pedal purchase it will be the 202.

That said, the Sun Lion should be shipping any day now

Fast forward. Bought when on sale. $380 i think.

I was kinda iffy on my re-202. Had on chopping block.

Played today with my Meris Mercury. Wowowowowowow.

It sounds sooooooooo good. So glad i kept it.

I think i like lo fi delay into ultra hifi reverb.
