replacing the Takamine en10 preamp with a fishman 301

Can i reuse the existing Takamine Palathetic under the bridge pick up or do i have to use the one that cane with the fishman preamp?

Technically I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use it, since they're both piezo systems but I don't know how good it would sound. I've worked with Fishman when I was working at Line 6, (they helped design the Variax pickup) and they are very particular about voicing their pickups and preamp systems to work together. Piezos are a bit different than magnetic pickups in the sense they have a very broad frequency range and to make them into a "guitar" pickup, the preamp has to be very closely related to the design of pickup. Also, it would probably be easier to install the Fishman system as a whole anyway.

But if you are asking if any damage would occur, there answer is no, as long as you are careful with the installation (which goes for anything really). So give it a try and see how you like it but my guess would be you will prefer the Fishman system with its own pickup.
