Yep. Chunky power adapter. You can power off pedal power with an adapter cable iirc. Stock adapter is bulky.

Replied. Thanks \m/
I have it on my small 3 outlet extension cord end and it's good in that situation. Stays out of the way; despite it's big footprint.

Greg, you can power the HX FX from lots of different power supplies though, I use the True Tone CS12 to power mine with the rest of my pedals with no problems

Thanks Marc, I'm always a little sketched out on using different PS than the manufacturer's, esp with digital pedals!
First world problem, anyway. It's not going to leave the mothership.

gotcha.... I keep the big ass power supply in my gig bag in the event something goes wrong but so far, for the last few years it's all been good... the CS12 has more than enough power on tap and they don't limit the power sent to the outputs, as long as the total power requirement is below its total capacity you're good to go, The owner of the company said in an interview the only reason they put mA ratings on the unit was to be compliant with codes lol.... so if you plug a 500mA pedal in to a 100mA output as long as the 500mA is available it will be fine.
