eBay losers out in full force this week....

I've had great luck selling/buying on eBay but man this week has just been horrible. Bought a camera last week on the 21st. Guy says the camera will ship 23rd. Cool, no problem. No word from him the rest of the week and no tracking #. Wait until today to send him a message and no reply but he updates my item to shipped. Check the tracking # and he just made the label today 
Guy number two. I list some nice paintball gear to sell and with two days left in the auction a guy bids on it at my starting bid. Nobody else bids so he wins. Cool, just glad to get rid of some stuff. wait two days with no payment so today I sent him a message saying its ready to ship, just need payment to clear. He hits me back and says "geez sorry man, I didnt get paid I can probably pay for it Friday"
Why in the HELL would you bid on an item without the cash in hand?!
Short story: Ebay is mostly OK, stupid people screw it up sometimes. The end
