Guys, come on. This doesn't even rank in the top three fastest flips. The current record holder is Raf with his preemptive flip of an amp that was still in transit to him. Recto if I recall correctly. Sold before he even had it in his possession. THAT'S a serious flip game.

Does meeting the Fedex guy outside your house and refusing to accept delivery count as a flip?
