FS Empty 4x12 cabinet with Fender style cloth & metal grille

Been awhile since I posted here but have this empty 412 cab for sale, it's covered in black carpet, has metal handles, one output jack, Fender type grille cloth and a metal grille. Cab appears custom made, or modded Marshall?
