I need to get a two channel interface for an iMac. It will only be used at church to record audio from the service, mostly people speaking because we don't have the mixer capability to have a separate mix for recording the band.
The computer we have (

What are the best options right now for this? I can't keep up.

Focusrite Scarlet 212 works on Mac OS 10.10.
https://focusrite.com/usb-audio-interfa ... arlett-2i2It comes with Ableton and ProTools Light.
I've haven't been in the market for an interface since I bought an Mbox Pro to go with ProTools 10 on my iMac. So, I won't be any help beyond my suggestion for the Scarlet 212
I can't update my Mac past 10.8.5 or, I won't be able to use PT 10. I refuse to upgrade to PT12 and pay an annual subscription.
I heard that Apple is coming out with OS12 that will be able to play nice with old software.
Good luck!!!
