What order do you place your plugins in your DAW? Do you place the eq in front of the IR loader or after?

Depends entirely on the track/situation. Sometimes I'll run more than one EQ, sometimes one before the IR, one after. There really aren't rules when it comes to that sort of thing. Just depends on what you want to accomplish.

Running it before the IR is like having an EQ in the loop of the amp.
Running it after is EQ'ing the sound after the mics. Definitely two very different things.

So yeah, no rules, but they'll sound and react quite differently
