It is awesome.
Doubles as emergency bacon for burgers and sandwiches if you don't have time to cook the good stuff.

I can totally see that. It doesn't really have a jerky texture, it's pretty close to the real thing.

Also a fan of the Oscar Mayer microwave bacon. Good when you dont feel like frying it.
