Can't wait to try these out in a billion years when I can afford gear again!
I'm also stoked that he's going to have a new Mesa Traditional 4x12 set coming out soon and will include Greenbacks. That was one of my requests since I want to mix V30s and Greenbacks in that cab.

THat's just too many options. LOL
I'll probably get just the Mesa, since that's what I always like anyway.

Yeah i bought the whole collection and now i'm like... ok... well how do i know which ones i like... i don't have time to go through them all!! And there's like 50 options within the options as far as where the mic is placed, speaker type, and all sorts of variations. I'm not about to max load the Helix to go through every one of them! Not sure how to pick which ones to use....

I'm not likely to use IR's that often for a while. I finally got my bedroom corner studio expanded so I actually have a mini rig set up with pedal board out now. Plus I got my new recording mic that I love and want to use.
I like IR's but I don't like the stiff response from going direct. I'm likely to eventually get a Suhr reactive load once I decide to record with IR's again. But my real point for posting here is the Ownhammer stuff is my favorite. It sounds the most natural to me compared to Redwirez and Catharsis and stuff, which are also good. But the Ownhammer has the options that land me closest to my actual sound.

I am just using the A-1s. That's a good place to start.

I just wished they put the best in and charge less. 50 mic positions? I spend too much time f'ing around with IR's as it is. Your ears can only take so much then the stuff starts sounding almost the same.
I like the idea 3 Sigma has too. A and B versions of power amps, simpler options.
