okay I need suggestions for small 15/20watt Valve amp

I am considering downsizing from my Laney IRT60H and 4x12. I love this amp - it's amazing- but a pain to lug around to rehearsals and gigs. I need something a bit smaller, and the other guitarist in the band uses a 15Watt dark terror just fine at rehearsal. Live we'll probably mic up the guitar amps. So I need a decent 15/20watt (maybe 30 at a push) that is relatively small... preferably an amp head, but I will take combo suggestions.
Top of my list at the moment is the Laney Cub12R head. I am open to suggestions of anything, but preferably British voiced amps. Two channels (clean and dirt) would be really cool, but to be honest I tend to use dirt pedals in the band so just a clean channel is fine. You can ask about style etc. but at the end of the day I'm going to be looking at pretty much everything I can before I decide to down scale, so please make a suggestion!

Marshall DSL15?
If that was my list of criteria, I would take a hard look at the DSL15. The truth is, I don't need another and I'm looking hard at it.

you could use the Orange Dual Terror and use it in the 15 watt mode...

DSL40C. Since it has a half power switch.
I own one. Sounds killer.

I had a laney cub 12r and it sucked ass. Muddy and weak. The <1 watt setting didn't do much at all.

Unless you are downsizing your cab, it doesn't make a lot of sense to downsize the head, since it will sit on top of the cab anyway

I'd be down sizing the cab as well, not just the amp. The whole point is that it isn't a larger amp through a 4x12.

I went down to 2 1x12 cabinets, and couldn't be happier. Plenty of punch & tone from home to gig, does it all.

This does sound like a cool amp. I may have to pop down to GAK in Brighton and try a couple of different amps out. Leaning towards the Cub12R, the Ampeg, and this at the moment.

Hmm still not set on anything yet... If the L20H wasn't quite so expensive I may have considered that. I've e-mailed Laney on the IRT studio/ IRT15H front, but the 15H doesn't seem to have a clean channel (makes sense, but sucks).
If the IRT studio can power a 2x12 I may try and get that as a Rack amp for smaller gigs.
Anybody think much of the OR15 clean channel?
