The D and G string nut slots are too deep. So much that the G is fretting out. The rest are fine.
Any quick fixes?

Take a little bit of baking soda and pile it up to an appropriate height in the slot that is too shallow. When you have enough baking soda in the slot, place one to two drops of super glue on top and let it set. You can also just whip up a paste by mixing the baking soda and super glue together, but it will set quickly, so you need to mix it and get it in there fast.

Yup. Great fix. You can also scrape some dust off the nut (giggity!) and do the same.
