Alrighty folkmen,
I've tried to set up my JS-1000 to perfection 3 times in 2012 and still have been dealing with some minor issues that are annoying me and ultimately effecting my tone and playability. I'm relatively newb to guitar adjustments but I took my time, did all my proper reserach, and trialed and error'd with only slight improvement in the right direction. It's time to have a tech take a look. Anyone know good techs in LA area?
P.S. I've intentionally not described the issues so that you won't try to tell me how to do it right and instead just tell me who to take it to.

Good call. I think he built a guitar or something for Billy at some point or restored or guitar or sold Billy a lemon pie or made a pie chart about laney cabs....Point is, pecan pie is better than lemon pie.

Oh, here's da thread where he shows his guitars. Some very cool stuff, and he seems like a legit guy.
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=589&p=7063#p7063Which proves that pecan pie is better than lemon pie.

I got yer PM and responded. I'm Looking forward to helping you.
Pecan is good but Peanut Butter pie is way better. Heck I'll work for Boysenberry Pie but not cherry or lemon. Maybe chocolate cream or fresh peach but I'd have to try it first.

yeah Micter is a good friend and a heck of a luthier, I highly recommend his services.
I know Eric Chaz really well and he's great too.
You can't go wrong with either one of these guys, really.

Another +1 for Eric's Guitar Shop. I once needed some holes drilled in a project guitar (including a locking nut) and I didn't want to do that myself. He charged very reasonably, and his turnaround was very quick. I'd be happy to go back sometime.
