What you need:

The sound library:
https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B_2aDNVL_NGmOVh5WllBbVVzeE0/edit?pli=1

The vsti player:
http://www.plogue.com/products/sforzando/

Sounds like this:

Add some verb through ReaVerb in Reaper (or any impulse verb loader) from the Samplicity Bricasti M7 library and it sounds pretty damn good!

A shit ton of music I have is waiting for symphonic instrument sounds for me to start fucking with. I'm 90% certain I could write some C+ grade orchestral pieces, maybe B- with some practice.

I don't quite understand how to use the Samplicity samples in ReaVerb, any tips on how to make them available for use with that plugin?

You load Reaverb on a track, then from RV pick Add->File... and browse to the Samplicity impulse file you want to use.

And make sure the ZL and LL boxes both are ticked in Reaverb, otherwise you'll get a heck of a lot of pops and clicks.
