It is a Mosfet Boost kit from BYOC.. It's supposed to be a SHO clone with a gain knob. I will post as I make progress and a video of how it turned out (sound examples, my thoughts on it and etc..) It should be fun!

BYOC are usually good quality, it's always worth checking out their forum before beginning a build just in case there are any issues (with instructions etc). Enjoy!

Speaking of finishing the chassis, a friend of mine is hand-painting the enclosure! She paints real cool stuff and I am looking forward to see what comes out

^this is a good call. Another alternative would be to use some automotive clear coat - stuff is strong.

Yes, they are, for e.g. my last build, the switch should have been wired differently to the instructions, would have been a pain finding out after completion.

It's finally done! I didn't have time to sit and work on it... plus getting the enclosure painted by my friend took me some time as well. But it's done now and here is how it turned out! Enjoy.
