I was intrigued by Rocktron's Boutique series pedals when they first came out, but I really didn't pay them any attention. As I was searching for options I came across their Celestial Delay [which is a part of the Boutique series]. I found very little information on it, but there were a few video clips that sounded decent.
I was wanting an analog delay, as I really prefer the decay over that of most digital delays emulating it [though the VFE Blueprint does sound pretty damn good! Thanks Draelyc

Anyway, on to the pedal! When I opened the box I was greeted with the pedal not wrapped in the usual bubble wrap, but it was nestled in its own velour bag. The box is a brushed metal with all its aesthetics engraved into it. I thought it looked nice, though the finish isn't quite as nice as the metallic blue on the VFE Blueprint. Though, what really matters is the sound...
The pedal has over a second of delay [utilizing its 1x or 2x button] with the option of using the fast/slow button. The decay is definitely warm, though not as warm as the Blueprint. However, the clarity is very nice. It isn't pristine like a digital delay, but it adds this sort of musical quality that I haven't heard in other delay pedals. I don't know how to describe it, but it just sounds good. I like to have slower, long delays that sound good for leads and this pedal sure delivers that. I did engage the fast button on that same setting to speed up the repeats for a bit, and that yielded a great rhythm style delay. I did have to adjust the loop level on my Marshall to get this delay to play nicely, but in the loop of my Tweaker 15 it sound awesome!

I hope to be able to record some clips of it soon that can show it off some to you guys.
