So I have a Focusrite Saffire Pro 40 on order. My current studio gear consists of a Focusrite 2i2, a pair of Equator D5 monitors, an SM57, and an MXL 67i condensor. I need some more mics. and probably a sub.

So whats a good pair of condensers that are (relatively) cheap? I want to use them as drum overheads, for acoustic, and just general use. Maybe vocals.

Whats a good sub to pair with my D5s? Again, looking on the cheap side. I'd say sub $400. I've heard good things about the yammy 10" sub.

Also whats a solid brand of XLR cable that won't break the bank?

Oktave MK012s are awesome for overheads/ acoustic guitar and they work on vocals too as long as you don't mind singing into a pencil mike. AKG C451s (the older ones) are nice as well, a lot crisper but not in a harsh way like most cheap condensers.
