Scott Weiland & the Wildabouts

Post by Devin »

Any of you guys ever see Scott Weiland and his (apparently) new band? If so, how were they? I got tickets to go see them this Friday at the Paragon casino.

I saw a picture of a recent setlist of theirs and the majority of it looked like kick ass STP tunes from what I remember - just wondering if they do the songs justice.

I dunno man, the STP sound really seems to be the DeLeo (sp?) brothers, but I'm sure any competent band can pull it off. At this point, I just feel like paying money to see Weiland just = paying for Weiland's heroin . :idk:

I'd rather see Scott and the Wildabouts than the Deleo brothers with that tool from Linkin Park. :idk:

I'd rather watch a DVD of STP circa 1993. :idk:

I still don't understand that one.

But no, I don't know anything about Wieland's new band, but have fun at the show.

This thread made worthwhile by Loop.

The rest is like watching people argue over whether they want to faceplant on concrete or pig shit.

Lumpy was funny.

So was Angry Lion. Probably the most hysterically weird poster I've ever stumbled across.
