I never understood the Breaking Bad hype or The Walking Dead.

House of Cards is phenomenal.

Game of Thrones might be the best show TV ever created.

Homeland is fucking amazing.


my opinion is limited as there really aren't too many shows I watch or even know about since I don't have cable or anything. I netflix things.

Currently watching Halt and Catch Fire on AMC. I watched the first half of The Strain last night as well. Halt got a little last night but overall, it has been good. I only watched the first part of the Strain, so the jury is still out on that one. I will say the DelToro connection on that one is what made me give a chance.

I will watch the next seasons of Bates Motel on USA, American Horror Story on FX, and Walking Dead on AMC when they come back. I also have been watching Sherlock Holmes and Luther on BBC. I try to just spend time on things I feel are worth watching. I would love GoT but don't have HBO or the desire to see it enough that I am inspired to find alternate methods of watching. Fargo was great if you like quirky crime dramas with tons of dark humor. BB I watched from the get go and it was totally awesome the entire way, imo. I have heard good things about HoC and Orange is the New Black but haven't really felt like watching more than I already do. Most of my time killing entertainment is in the movie world as opposed to television shows.

Game of Thrones is the most amazing and engaging series I've ever seen and it's the kind of show that will go down as one of the all time greatest, no doubt.

just started house of cards. goddamn those episodes are long! but good so far.
finished the netflix season of rectify, that was good in a surreal, beautiful, awkward sort of way.
finished the new season of 24: utterly ridiculous, in that awesome 24 way
recorded the first epi of the strain last night, we'll check that out
been watching the last ship: completely ridiculous, but i have to watch it. compulsory.
waiting for the new sons of anarchy. i know, i know.
one of these days ill have to go back to justified, i watched the first season only.
anyone watch the bridge? the trailers look awesome.
i watch american horror story still, but meh

hannibal. hannibal has been consistently fucking amazing.

^I just stumbled on that show. Funny as hell. I need to check out Hannibal as I have heard great things about it. I don't usually do major network television stuff.

sirens is pretty good

that one that got cancelled with the dude from L&O:SVU, surviving jack, was hilarious. they should have kept that one.

The book pretty much sucks, but it mostly suffers from bad writing. The plot was mildly (but only mildly) interesting but the writing is pretty rough.

It might actually benefit from being a TV show.

Dr. Who, currently partway through season 7..I sorta haven't cared all that much for a couple seasons now.

Attack on Titan- weird awesome horror anime

Archer- nothing more needs to be said

It seems like there's more, but nothing on a regular basis outside of Buffy/Firefly/Dollhouse whichever one we're cycling through.

Hannibal is probably my current favorite show. That last season finale was spectacular.

The actors were hamming it up quite a bit in the small amount I watched. It could definitely go either way.

I tend to watch shows on netflix or stuff that's in syndication that I never bothered to watch only to discover they were good shows

The Middle -at first glance thought it was a Malcom in the Middle ripoff, but I gave it a chance recently I like it
The Goldbergs - this show is my childhood, I can relate to a lot of it
Modern Family - another show everyone raved about but I didn't give a fair chance until recently

Both new FX shows, Tyrant and The Strain are pretty dang good. I need to catch up on The Bridge and see that one too. Heard good things.

And Paulramond, I'm totally there with you on the no tv thing. I'm not quite as true to the cause as you are and I admire that, but I will say you're missing out on Game of Thrones. It's like a kick ass movie, that so far hasn't ended. I'm serious, the quality is that high. Each episode costs millions to make. It's the most expensive show ever made. It's a movie series.

I've got tv, but that's only because it was virtually free due to a promotion. Most of what I watch is online.

I watch:
-Yowamushi Pedal - anime about bicycle road racing. It's charming and intense. IDAF
-Rookie Blue - This is a couples watch. I find it a little ridiculous, but it's still good.

I'm not really actively watching anything since Game of Thrones is over for now, but it sounds like I need to start watching Hannibal.
