The KJL uses a Mitchell Power Transformer, Hammond Output Transformer, and a Stainless Steel Chassis by Laitram Machinery.
The cool thing about this amp is that it is not excessively loud so you can crank the master and get really nice chime and grind. Don't get me wrong, it is very loud at that point but it sounds great pushing the power tubes. The KT66s are also biased for only 60% max plate dissipation so you could rebias them up to 70% if you want to push the amp harder.
The head cab is covered in tooled leather style tolex and looks really cool.
This is a great amp that can do Vox AC30 and Marshall Plexi type sounds but my gear needs have me going in other directions (Orange/Hiwatt).
