I had to google the Matamp 1224 MkI in your sig, and the first thing I came across was your for sale post onm ilovefuzz.com.
Tell us more about this amp it sounds like it is pretty rare?

Yeah, it's quite a rare amp - only three of the MkI amps were made before they redid it an released the MkII version. It's a very simple amp, lots of clean headroom, can take basically any power valve and is currently valve rectified. In some ways the switching between the different class a and a/b modes is a bit neater than how they did it on the updated version. Unsure why they did that!
Only reason I am selling is because I have a Sunn Model T clone, with mods, coming from Ben @ Verellen Amplifiers. That should be arriving next week, so I am excited about that.
