Hot Rod 6/10. I enjoyed the cheesey factor of it. I only got it BC Danny McBride's in it. I love me Danny MacBride. Not a big role for him, but I love his improv style. Reminds me of alot of my friends & myself, & the shit we cut up about.

I loved Joe Dirt for like the first 4/5ths of the movie until it petered out.

I own the DVD. :o

I had strong doubts about this one. Glad I gave it a chance because it's actually pretty bad ass. Solid 8/10 for me.

Flight - 7/10. O.K. movie, pretty much standard Denzel fair. But it does start out with full nudes, so it has that going for it.

Argo - 7/10 - No real comment on this one, other than I enjoyed it.

Epic movie is another. I suppose you can put screamers down on there as well, I like to catch that when it is on.

Get the Gringo: 8.5/10

Probably the best Netflix recommendation I have received since Before the Devil Knows You're Dead. Get the Gringo was pretty well done, in my opinion. The acting was above average, the story was unique and interesting and it was a very good combination of action and drama. Chances are that if you liked Mel in Payback, you would enjoy Get the Gringo.

I refuse to watch Denzel Washington movies. He is like Harrison Ford: He is essentially the same character in every movie and every movie has the same basic structure.

I've seen it and it wouldn't really surpass "meh" on my scale. I liked the Pelican Brief and thought he did well in Philadelphia, but I can't say I have enjoyed anything since. American Gangster and The Book of Eli both left me very disappointed and I guess my perception of him has never really recovered.

I kind of toss him in that Tom Cruise category: If he makes a movie I may as well avoid it lest I be disappointed again.

I know. I've seen like every other movie he's done except that one. He was a fucking boss in Training Day though.

Fucking truth.

However, he was great in training day and flight. Most of his stuff is I'm always right and I'm gonna prove it static character. Flight was a kind of jab at that and it worked.

Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Dog Days 7/10
I have read all the books and watched all the movies with the kids and they are quite enjoyable. Plus "Loded Diper" is the coolest fake band name this side of Spinal Tap!
