I need chorus/flanger/other timed based fx so now I’m thinking about Eventide H90.
Cant the Collider do a Chorus type sound by using a very low delay time and dialing in the modulation?

Yeah I didn't return mine but I'm not using it at the moment either. I prefer the DD-500 by a lot. Much easier to use and more versatile. The modulation section is also good enough to cover my chorus needs.
I don't have experience with the H90, but I had the H9 and it was cool but extremely convoluted and difficult to use.
I also had the Micropitch and wasn't impressed with it.
Have you considered the Gemini chorus. It's an awesome sounding chorus and probably will sound good with the Collider.

It can it actually sounds pretty good but then I lose either delay or verb and I’m tryna go full wet.

I was about to buy the Gemini but said fuck it and ordered an H90.
Who knows maybe I will send the H90 back but now that I’m using FX loop I want see what this high end stuff is about. I will definitely use the desktop software to dial it in though. Did the same with the Collider.
Nice!!! Interested to hear your thoughts on it. The H9 did sound really good but it was hard to use.
I haven't looked at the UI of the H90 yet, maybe they made it easier.
Software editors only go so far for me. I need to tweak things at full volume during band practice and it's not practical to have a laptop computer connected to my pedalboard during practice. But if they have an editor that can be used via Bluetooth from a cell phone, that is a possibility.
Still, I greatly prefer to just be able to tweak things quickly and right on the pedal.

Yeah, wouldn't really be able to use all 3 effects at once. I wondered if it could sort of be a Chorus pedal. I actually have the Gemini pedal, but I have always been curious about the Collider. I like the fact that it has an analog dry-through.

Phone app for H90 isn’t out yet but it’s coming. That said tweaking frim the pedal is way easier on the H90, and more intuitive. The routing options are really cool. I hear you about tweaking a band volume though. I will say this, it looks more intuitive to tweak than the SDE-3000. Course that’s not saying much. I watched like two hours of tutorials this weekend in preparation.

My other guitar player just ordered the Gemini last night so I will be able to try that as well. Pretty cool you can load the Phaser and Flanger on it too.
The Collider is an amazing pedal. For whatever reason those algos just sound “right” to me. The H90 nay not stick around but the Collider will. It’s an always on pedal for me. I just wish it was easier for me to switch to a longer delay time for leads and back again. To decrement presets you have to turn off delay then hold the switch. It’s just too slow a process for me in a live situation. I want to click a switch once and be done.
With the H90 I can create a hot switch to change any number of parameters at once. So I will create longer delay time with a volume boost for leads.
Also I was thinking about buying a Leslie sim but apparently the leslie in the H9 and H90 are pretty good. It’s out for delivery today so we shall see!
