So you would buy that song?
I wouldn't I would feel ripped off.

I remember seeing Craig Anderton's name in Guitar Player magazine back in the 70's, long before many people here were even born. The guy created a name for himself and has been able to survive in the music biz for decades. That's a lot more than I can say for myself. Say what you want but he was a name in the music industry back when it actually meant something to be a musician.
I'm not about to point and laugh at a guy who has achieved a thousand times more than I have in music. That's 7th grade stuff. The CEO of Gibson isn't knocking on my door.
Yeah, the HC thing was a bad scene but we're not at HC anymore. I would rather just forget about ol' Craig and enjoy the place Billy started here.

No one would probably care too much if he wasn't such a cocksucker after the 3.0 switch.

I've never really commented on it...But reading his bio again re Gibson just reminded me how good he sounds on paper, and how shit he sounds in the real world.
I like your stuff.....but I did find that article interesting. Would you mind saying what you found wrong? I thought just saying to how to get things synced up together was really cool. I am all ears about my mistaken assumptions on getting backing vocal prepped up.
I spelled it out:
"How good he sounds on paper, and how shit he sounds in the real world."
Talks a good game (writes book) His recordings sound awful (real world)
Was the community manager of HC (sounds good on paper) OKayed a new interface which was obviously an utter joke. (real world)

What? I mean with perspective he has been recording SINCE COMPUTER RECORDING BEGAN.
He has been doing this longer than anyone, written THOUSANDS OF PAGES in books YOU CAN FIND AT A BRICKS AND MORTAR STORE and his mixes sound like he's been at it for MONTHS. With his experience, with the gear he has at his disposal...To come up with that is embarrassing.
What he did with HC is EMBARRASSING.
He was so bad at both, it's almost punk rock. It almost has to be applauded that someone with zero talent can get this far at all.
Whatev. Trent Reznor is totally sitting at home right now saying, "I feel life through an amplifier, but I can't control the...volume? Presence? Ah, fuck...I'm so close on these lyrics!"
"If there was only a way that I couldn't even any less than I already can't then I'd gladly not, but I think I've entered some quantum paradox, dark matter levels of can't evening where the total absolute value of not evenness exceeds all ability to explain the can'ting." - MR RUBATO
