Oooh, I forgot that we also watched Saltburn last weekend.
I'll have to give it a 7.5/10. The cast was great, with Barry Keoghan definitely stealing the show. There's some pretty twisted stuff going on here, and you're not sure where it's all heading until you get to the end. Definitely worth a watch.

Locked In - 5/10 - Not the worst movie I've ever seen, but just too many plot holes to be good. Lazy writing abounds with dullard characters that always inexplicably make the absolute stupidest decisions possible. Frustrating and predictable.

The Barbie Movie - 8/10
It was better than I expected... the fact that I used to enjoy tripping on acid helped... a lot!!!
It was fun, weird and it was a pleasant surprise to see Will Farrel as the CEO of Mattel Corp.
A good movie to watch with your ball and chain. :thu: :thu:

Oppenheimer 8/10 - really well done movie, while slow, per se, it kept my attention for the entire 3 hours.... the only gripe I have with movies like this is I want to know how much of events are actually factual... I know the events may have happened, but I always wonder if how close the movie is to what actually went down, like the Queen/Freddie Mercury movie was almost pure fiction on how they treated the way actual events went down
