All Quiet On the Western Front 8.5/10 - This is the new 2022 version on Netflix. The cinematography was great and it was a good WW1 movie. I've never read the book or seen any of the other versions, so I can't compare to those. If you like war movies, this was well done and worth watching.

Smile: 3/10.
I mean.. .it's very much a viral paranormal thing. A couple creepy parts. Mostly by one actress in the first quarter. The main actress was good. She really did a good job of acting like someone in her situation. story was shit.

Skinamarink: 9.5/10 (Though i don't recommend it to most)
This one is hard to find. It's an expansion on the directors short film, "Heck". While "Heck" is kinda meh, this was creepy as fuck even though it borrows a lot of visual styles and theme from "Heck". A 4 year old boy and his sister wake up at night and find their parents gone and windows and doors missing (as well as a disappearing toilet and stuffed snake). The idea is not to try to understand it (Though it is quite understandable), but sit and allow yourself to experience it.

It's total arty-farty cursed film look. You get lots of film grain and static sounds. odd camera angles that constantly change and you rarely ever see an actual person. 90% of people will not like this. It's too vague and too arty. A few things about that aspect, I found annoying, but I just happen to like that kind of thing if done right.

I personally interpreted this movie as a representation of a childs nightmare, but if you go from the directors short film, it's probably a representation of actual hell. It's creepy as fuck.

Troll 8/10

Just a solid old school giant monster movie. Mostly a Norwegian King Kong.

Nobody 9/10
Perfect if you got that action itch without it going completely idiotic at every step. Never would have thought we'd see Odenkirk as a badass.

Bullet Train 9/10
Perfect if you got that action itch and want it to go completely idiotic every step of the way. In the most entertaining of ways. Probably the best action/comedy in the last five years or so. So over the top. So unbelievably stupid. So cartoony.

"You need a bag of dicks lady. Sorry. I'm working on that."

Amsterdam ?/10
I enjoyed it very much, but don't know what to rate it because, frankly, it's not gonna be for everybody. It's a comedy take on a non-comedy reality. And the ending may hit some capitalist worshippers right in the jigglers. Good plot though, and a fun take-down of the whole military industrialist / who's the real power concept.

Heard about this one as well. Watched the trailer last night. They certainly nailed a creepy vibe  Will give it a go once it hits Shudder.

I have since changed by interpretation of this movie, but that is what this movie does. I like it more every time I think about it.

I’m looking forward to the new Winnie The Pooh movie: Blood and Honey. The trailer sums it up: Christopher Robin abandoned them in the Hundred Acre Woods, and they went feral.

Rating: 2/10

It was basically the first movie except now it's in water instead of trees. Visuals and CGI were sweet so that's why it gets a 2/10.

R.I.P.D. 2 1/10

Really sucked. Made me realize that I liked the first one b/c of the actors in it made it good.

Triangle of Sadness 8/10

Well, if you like dark humor, this is for you!
The movie gave me a glimpse into parts of society that I never saw, so, a couple of points for that.
