It is a great show that just gets better. The casting for Season 2 looks seriously promising, too.

Yeah, EVERYTHING I've heard has been positive.

I've been digging Arrow as well. I wonder if NF has any new episodes of that yet.

I just recently found out there's an entire Marvel universe being developed specifically for Netflix that's all gonna tie together like the Avengers movies do. That got me a little pumped. Yet I still haven't watched Daredevil. We have too big of a backlog at this point on TV shows.

Everything modern Marvel save for the non-Marvel studios X-Men and fucking Agents of Fucking Shit is good. We really need to get this watched, but we're in the middle of It's Always Sunny and blech Magnificent Seven the TV series from the late nineties. Probably after one of them.

Yeah man, i'm really glad to see D'Onofrio in a roll like this after not doing much that has interested me in many years cause he is a damn fine actor.

Just such a badass in The Cell and of course Full Metal Jacket. I mean hell.. he was Thor in Adventures in Babysitting!

Still waiting for the second season of True Detective to be decent.

That. Seems like they are good at making the last 10 minutes of each episode count but the rest of it is meh-city. I get it that Vince Vaughn is "stretching his wings" or wtf ever but to have him deliver the dialog he is delivering and NEVER SAY ANYTHING FUNNY WHATSOEVER; that is a complete fail in my book. I get that he is supposed to be a bada$$; but even if he did one of his light speed smarta$$ diatribes onscreen I would dig it so much more. Watched In Bruges again last night and while Farrel is doing a good job in TD; he is going to waste in comparison. I forgot how funny and awesome that movie truly was.

Watched the first episode of the Strain season 2 last night as well. Still cheesy as h*ll yet enjoyable if you keep expectations at zero. I still really wish they would have kept it traditional vampire style instead of "oh look at the gigantic puppet head with vampire snake tongue vibe". The master vampire is really horrible looking. The rest of the vampire council (or whatever) is creepy as h*ll looking. They should all look like that and just bite people like normal vampires.

It's very comic book style which is why i'm ok with it i guess. Kind of expected it from the start since Tel Toro had his fingers in it. I guess expecting it to be that and the consistency of that vibe made me ok with it.

The scene with the council was really horrifying in a bad ass way.

:rawk: Oh yeah! The vampire that turned the current master was creepy as f**k as well! I think honestly they shouldn't have gotten such a gigantic guy to portray the master. It just looks ridiculous. You cast a guy like that for a serial killer role or something where you don't need to put a huge rubber head and puppet gloves on top of an already absurdly proportioned human being  (I hope I didn't offend anyone with that remark :cop: )

Edited for apology in advance if I didn't catch in all the 120p pirated streaming glory that said vampire is, in fact; 100% CGI based
