They need to get Bostaph back and make Gary a full time member.

Never been a big fan of Slayer but Dave is a killer drummer and probably the best thing they have going for them. Not a great decision by Kerry and other members IMO.

Seeing Cougar Hunter and RSBro comment on this based on Lombardo's statement, I'm confused as to what to think now.

I love how Testament is basically a farm team for backup Slayer drummers.

"Sorry buddy, but we're sending you back down to AAA Testament. Work on your press roll and maybe you'll get the call up next tour."

I'd also much rather listen to Testament than Slayer. Chuck Billy > Tom Arraya Eric Peterson > Kerry King

Sadly Tom & Kerry could probably buy the boys in Testament a few times over if they wanted.

Oh, dude, no doubt. I love Testament. I'm almost ready to make the argument that, start to finish, Testament has now had the most impressive musical career of any of the original thrash bands. Certainly the most consistent.

But no, they never did break the platinum ceiling like the Big Four did.

I love Chuck but Tom is the best thrash vocalist ever.
