What does buying the pass do?

Levels you up faster, you get more skins/weapons etc vs not doing the pass.

You get more rewards at end of the season too.

i played religiously when it first came out for a while then quit gaming for a good 6 months but play a little here and there. Definitely a good distraction

Finally gave up on the controller combo; I’m strictly KB/M now. Was a fuckin ROUGH transition after 40+ years of controller playing, all the way back to Atari 2600.

Upside is I’m kicking ass.

KBM is king for shooters. I take it you know all the little tricks to generally improve mouse accuracy? Some of the biggest things you can do are out of game oddly enough!

In your windows mouse settings, make sure the pointer speed is on the 6th (iirc) notch, which is the middle of the slider. This than locks the mouse to whatever dpi it has been told to output, rather than doing any software scaling. Also make sure enhance pointer accuracy is off as that is mouse acceleration. If you're used to having mouse acceleration on it'll feel odd at first. The idea is that then through your day to day use you are improving your accuracy with the mouse as it'll move in a consistent way. Ideally any game you play should do all this anyway but some don't, and I can't remember if PUBG does. The only down side to this is if you then use a computer with mouse acceleration on it feels frigging awful

This is a pretty good read on improving your aim. When I used to play a lot of action half life and battlefield 2 I used to do this kind of thing a lot. It makes a big difference!

Just sent request. Been busy moving and crap. My internet should be hooked up Saturday at the new place. And I will be getting Fiber for the first time.

Got it hommie....super busy for the next month or so. Try to get on weekends but it's sometimes rough, can usually only run 1-2 games before I have to hit the sack. Try and msg you on Steam when I get some time.

Been fucking around with the sound in Windows/PUBG/Discord, wasn’t really happy using the mic/headset shit for team play.

I use my Apogee Duet and some Audio Technica 150x’s or whatever they are for playing alone and I can hear much better, go figure right? $600 interface and $150 headphones vs my computer soundcard and some $90 headphones? Yeah, much better. Didn’t work for team play though, no chat in Discord etc.

Found an SM57 in my box, wondered if that’d work. Plugged it into my interface, it bypassed everything and works fuckin great. It’s on a boom stand behind my chair with the mic just to the left side of me. Tested levels, awesome.

Just FYI, I know we all (or most of us) have recording interfaces and mics and decent headphones. Give it a shot, see what you think.

You should be a streamer. Play your sweet guitar riffs when dead waiting for next round. I am trying to get my gf to show cleavage for some likes but idk if she likes Pub g.

LMAO....no time for streaming, got a buddy that does it and that shit is work like you wouldn’t believe. I get enough of it playing with him once in a while, plus stream snipers and straight up haters just suck ass.
