Started watching Eastbound & Down. Fuck me the lulz. Will Ferrel pulling a Ric Flair as the car dealership dude was hilarious. Craig's first appearance as Kenny's arch-rival had me dying. Kenny's dumbass sidekick nailing the heavy mexican chick and then sneaking behind Kenny's back to stay with her. Kenny's dad! Everything about that show is hilarious. My wife can only handle two episodes at a time though because Kenny pisses her off so damn much.

Just finished Fortitude. Little slow burn but very good. Ended it in a way where it could have been fine as a one and done; yet it got picked up for another season. Which is fine too.

Ruiner; spoiler questions below:

I feel like I must have dozed off a few times  How did Elena get infected? Did they not find Ronnie's body yet? Also, who gives mouth to mouth to someone that has a saliva transferable parasite inside them? WTF?

FORTITUDE SPOILERS:

I can't remember off hand how Elena got infected. I remember knowing while watching the show but can't think of it at the moment. Didn't Ronnie's burn up in the house when they set it on fire?.... at least supposedly? Yeah, the mouth to mouth part i didn't get.

There were a lot of interesting stories and connections going on. The atmosphere was perfect. The slow burner pace was necessary for the show. I just love how you think you're watching one type of show for several episodes and then you're like.... oh shit... Curious what they're going to do with a second season. Felt like a one and done to me but they did leave it open ended.

I wondered; just seemed like Ronnie was in some sort of uber-cocoon state where he was going to transform into something else altogether. Eyes rolled back and mouth twitching. Pretty creepy. I don't remember him ever being found by his daughter or Elena. Just seemed like all of a sudden, she's sweating and handcuffing herself to the bed

Another wtf-moment: when someone is filling a room with gas and is going to light it up, why in the f**k would you continue to stand right by the window and wait for them to light their lighter :freak:

I did enjoy the concurrent storylines. Weird biological threat thriller on one side and drama on the other. It will be intersting to see if they dig out Yuri and the rest of the plague

Notification received last evening at 8:35 that Orange is the New Black's new season was, "Released early for good behavior."

Word's can not describe how pumped I am after last season's finale. Tonight's gonna be epic at the NFA house.

Caught-up on "Hannibal" this weekend. That shows is creepy as f@#$. I love it :D

Also caught-up on "Aquarius". It moves a little slow at times, but so far, so good. Interested enough to keep watching...

Still pissed that they cancelled "The Following". With the way it ended, another channel could easily pick it up and keep going. Sure wish they would...

This season of Hannibal is surreal as f**k  Maybe it is the time away from it, but man; getting back into it has been really trippy so far.

Aquarius I tried watching basically because it was before Hannibal. I don't dig the 60's backdrop and it struck me as fairly cheesy. David Duchovny (sp?) is usually good, so maybe I need to give it another go.

They pick up a few months down the line. It's not horrible, but it's been a bit meh, and then certain people really disappoint.

And yeah on V. Though Crazy Eyes makes the most of it. :thu:

We finished the season. Definitely meh compared to the other seasons but it picked up towards the second half. Overall it was still very enjoyable or we wouldn't have done the entire season in a weekend.
