They actually have a whole bunch of things. Snow being the only bullshit one not based on anything and not worth even a watch. I bet it gets axed before it even premiers. Just like Blood Moon did. 10,000 ships will be awesome. Will be glad to see Nymeria come to life. The animated ones will be cool for the book nerds like me. The Hedge Knight is a Dunk & Egg story.
HotD is awesome so far. Especially since, so far, it has really covered maybe 4 or 5 pages of the book (the book is pretty vague in this section till the actual war of the Blacks and Greens/Dance of the Dragons, since it is based of written stories from various accounts and not told as facts ie: the bible). We are actually getting real GRRM details of what actually did happen (in the story sense of course).
Snow will be a piece of shit, but it will placate some of the people who actually give a shit about what happened after the TV version of GoT. Assuming it gets to air at all. It will get ratings, but it will be complete garbage written by idiots.

I really, REALLY love the early seasons of that show. It has some lulls in the later seasons, but man it's tough to beat in those first three or so seasons.

There is a host of programming that is entertaining, funny, dramatic, educational, etc. After 11+ hours in the IT cockpit each day, I look forward to kicking back and relaxing in front of the t00b. You know, after I take Sir Elliott (the best dog ever) for a strut around the neighborhood.
I'd argue that social media is the bigger waste of time. We are creeping up on two generations of thumb-typing cell phone gazers. They have zero ability to interact socially and can't spell a complete word to save their asses. If it doesn't happen on TikTok or Instagram, it isn't worth knowing. Those stupid bastards will one day run the world...

We're deep in Peaky Blinders now. Every time you think they can't get bigger and wilder, they somehow up the ante. Arthur's freak-outs are starting to get troublingly entertaining. Tommy gettin' supposedly smacked around while he just takes it stoically and then eradicates the supposed superiors is so damn much fun to watch. Even if the show is brutal and caustic at times, I'm just constantly wondering how they'll do better.
