Good to see that most people here who want to get it are now able to get appointments.
As of last Saturday, my wife and I are considered fully vaccinated. I've done all the groceries and gone to any stores by myself for the past year, but after we got the second dose my wife has finally gone into a grocery store and Walmart with me. So she's starting to feel a little more comfortable finally going into public.

Were you tested for antibodies before getting the jab? Just wondering because, you already had covid.

I had the antibody test in November, when I had most of the symptoms again (mild) for a couple of weeks, but didn't have any antibodies and also tested negative for covid at the time as well. They just did temperature check Saturday.

Feeling pretty good overall today

I literally had zero side effects. My arm was sore for about 10 minutes on Friday night but that was it.
Kimmi had a sore throat for a few days but nothing serious.

Mild injection site soreness for a few hours and I felt a little fatigued and "foggy" the next day. That passed quickly, so nothing of consequence. I'm hoping the second shot has the same result...

Looking at the details it sounds like its been all women between 18 and 48 and possibly an interaction with birth control?

I'll be honest I just hope this opens up more appointments so I can get in sooner than later.

This is nothing, especially when we factor in the 560,000 deaths from COVID.

Can't wait to see the anti-vaxers start up on how this proves they're right when in fact 1 out of 1,000,000 proves they opposite.

Been about a week since the second Pfizer stab. Arm was pretty sore at the injection site for a couple of days. I was pretty fatigued the day after, drank a couple of extra cups of coffee to compensate. I didn't have a fever or feel sick in any way. Feel fine now.

My wife didn't have any side effects either. She also had both Pfizer shots.

I think I would get the vaccine if I could get the Pfizer. No way around here to get your choice

One is not better than the other but one is better than none . Assuming it doesn't kill us in the process . Many older than you have already had theirs and are doing just fine .

Scheduled for the Moderna tomorrow.
Back in Chicago for work and was able to get in at a local CVS.

Got the first round of Pfizer yesterday. The injection site is still sore but I think that's all.

I never get flu vaccines and rarely get sick but some of the info coming out regarding side effect and variants concerned me and I have young kids so there was no reason to gamble with it.

It was super easy to get. Went to a drive through location set up in a mall parking lot.

I got the Pfizer one at Community Hospital in Anderson on Saturday. There were very few people (no lines) and openings were available. It's a little bit of a drive for you, but 30 minutes isn't terrible if you're set on the Pfizer variety...
