i had almost this exact thought, as i received some emails at fucking random from some old forums i joined like honda or something when i had a car problem. like happy birthday emails 6 mos away from my birthday, random stuff. also seeing the "community" links of the weirdest sites. "say...wouldnt it be funny if the den occupied some random ass forum?"

Thanks for setting this up Billy - very promising. Very nice turnout of HCAF regulars. Could get pretty interesting...

Shame to see HCAF wither away but this time it really does seem like the last straw. To paraphrase an old restaurant industry truism, people may visit for the forums but they return for the community. And the community has disappeared.

Anyway, this place is getting off to a great start - thanks again to everyone that is making it happen.
