Would a Strat style guitar with that in the Bridge and maybe a P90 style or vintage style HB in the neck make a good combo? *Knows jack about pickups and pairings and whatnot.*

Actually, once the Dimarzio Fred arrives, the Dream 180 is coming back out. I really like it! It is medium output and very clear. Also, you can split the coils without a huge volume drop. My original plan (why I have a Dream 180 and neck Mean 90) was do exactly what you are saying. But, life happens...

Life DOES happen. And it usually takes money. *sigh*

Well, if you still have them at the start of next month, I'll snag both of them from you. If someone else has the money first, by all means sell to them!

I was looking at a Fred, before I bought my Wilde L600... I would love to hear your input on what it sounds like. If I remember right is a cross between the Tone Zone and another one of their humbuckers... maybe the Norton :idk:

Anyway, I would be interested in hearing what you think!

Also, Yarbicus, I got that guitar sent off today; just in case you didn't get my email :thu:
