Nope, alts can easily be spotted and I'd be banned per the rules.

It's just a thought. Besides, you need all the help you can get.

I think if you buy a few more amps you'll win next year.

honestly it doesn't make sense to me either that you weren't at least 2nd place.

Well if i can pull ahead in the pedalboard contest (and if Billy lets me use the rig pic for the finals) it'll be interesting seeing another head to head like last year since people tend to vote quite differently when there's only two choices. Votes were all over the place this year.

.... but you're right... moar amps..... and i just ordered the first for the new year (my years are now calculated by length between BOTRs)

I think we are on the third tie (7, then 8, then 9) in the pedalboard vote - need more votes!!

Seems like the folks out there appreciate and want simplicity.

Ruiner, with just the Hiwatt half stack, the Binson, a small pedalboard and guitar(even though it's a HEAD/CAB competition). Maybe would have gotten more votes :idk: . You know, the ol' less is more deal.

Oh without a doubt. I considered that but wasn't about to take apart the rig i actually use for that. Different strokes for different folks. Free strokes for votes. :cop:

I like my rig and i use everything in it. It's glorious and i wouldn't want it any other way.......... right now.

I think most of us look at a rig and think, "would I want to schlep that to the jam/gig and could I see myself rocking it?" and by that measure most will look at Ruiner's studio and think "No."

Maybe a stripped down version that more guys can relate to would do better in a scenario like this. Hiwatt + Cab, maybe one tape echo unit, and 6-8 solid pedals that people have some level of familiarity with.

Yeah, that's what i was saying above but not going to change what i use or how i use it to pander for votes.... giving out free handys for a vote is a whole different story though. :call:

But if you think about it, if that's your rig, you can pull any of it out for the show gigs and play whatever you want having options of what gear you want but keeping it simple!

........... i can't help you on the familiar pedals front though. :cop: :D

You always got to go there. Why?

Keep it up bro, you're sounding better everyday.

Your gear...unmatched... no doubt. But I had to go with drewiv though on the comp. Hey, anybody that has that 2 dollar Jefferson Luxxtone with the Henning is gonna get my vote.

HAHAH This is gold!!!

Congrats to 63 Strat who will clearly be the winner here. At least we have a Bogner lover in the lead. :beavis:
