I hear great things about Tokai....I don't care for the PRS look though.

Yeah Tokai do make some great guitars. Several times I have come close to buying one. I think I prefer the Cort M520 natural finish to this particular model. That, and that the M600!

Yeah, those newer Corts are really solid.

I saw one the other week, one of the nicest guitars I've seen. Shame it was a righty.

There's a pretty good chance it might be fake. I bought a similar looking one on Ebay in 2009 and after some research, discovered that it's not MIJ and is not an actual Tokai, but rather a MIK Dillion (made for Dillion Canada, which is not the same company as Dillion USA).

There's some more info here, although they're talking about LP copies mainly: http://www.guitarscanada.com/electric-g ... fakai.html

Soliloquy talks about the PRS copy here (although the pictures don't work any more, but I remember seeing them a few years ago on this same thread and it was indeed the same guitar and looks like the same model from the OP here): http://www.mylespaul.com/forums/other-l ... fakai.html

It was a pretty decent guitar from what I remember, although the pickups were really dull. However, just be aware that if it indeed is one of those (and it appears to be), it's NOT Japanese and it's NOT a real Tokai, so if someone is driving the value up and claiming it is, don't bother.

I already have a chinese PRS copy on the way lol. If I did decide to buy another one I'd buy the Cort (or the Feline if I could afford it).

If I remember correctly there have been both MIJ and MIK versions of those. Personally I wouldn't touch any of the MIK Tokais (regardless of type), they're nowhere near the MIJ models. In any case the ones in OP's pics look like the MIK ones. I doubt the MIJ ones would surface on eBay in the first place and if they did, they wouldn't be cheap.
