Anyone know any good recent hard rock bands?

Post by Kardula »

The last two new(ish) bands that I really liked were Black Stone Cherry and Silvertide. Are there any other bands out there in a similar vein? I'm wanting to try to get into more bands but I'm lazy and don't really have a ton of time to start discovering new bands.

Saw Rival Sons open for Sammy Hagar last summer. Great live band and the guitarist played no less than 4 different Firebirds.

Check out The Winery Dogs

Their album is pretty sweet, but seeing them live made me get in to it 100x more.

Out of the hundreds of bands I've seen live, they were EASILY one of the best shows I've ever seen in my life. Motherfucking incredible

I don't really listen to much hard rock that isn't of the stoner variety, but I like Phil X & the Drills. GAB got me into them.

Here's a fun silly rocker.
