This is a made-to-order Weber Low Power Load Dump that I purchased directly from Weber last year. It is in mint condition and has always been in my smoke-free bedroom. I will also include a speaker cable.

It takes weeks to get one built if you order one new from Weber, so if you're looking for one, you might as well get this one cheaper and quicker!

This is the 50 watt model, so it's best for lower watt amps or if you don't plan to crank your higher powered amps into it.

It attenuates by utilizing a resistor. If the volume control is turned all the way down, it functions as a dummy load (makes it safe to use the amp with no cabinet connected). That's how I always used it (recording the line out into my audio interface).

It has adjustable impedance, treble boost settings, and variable attenuation level. It also has a line out jack in addition to the speaker output jack, once again, making it a great way to make direct recordings.

Ok - now that I can't buy it, no matter what - what is the difference between this and a mini-mass?

The Mini Mass uses an actual speaker motor, the Load Dump uses a resistor.
