I Against I is a masterpiece. Spans all kinds of styles. It still sounds fresh and new 25 years on.

25 years. Wow.

"If there was only a way that I couldn't even any less than I already can't then I'd gladly not, but I think I've entered some quantum paradox, dark matter levels of can't evening where the total absolute value of not evenness exceeds all ability to explain the can'ting." - MR RUBATO

Hell of a player. Whenever I break out the old bad brains playlist it always shocks me. I forget how cool he was.

They pretty much set the curve. There aren't many "hardcore" Albums that really stand the test of time. Most all of it sounds exactly like the time/era/scene it came from respectively. Two albums from the best part(in my opinion) of the Hardcore era, the mid-late 1980s', that still sound relevant and fresh now are....

Bad Brains-I Against I

Verbal Assault-Trial

You all know the former. Look up the latter. Great songwriting, very thoughtful lyrics and a JCM plus a Mesa Mark set to kill.
