I have been using Fractal for a few years now and really liked it. I recently sold my FM9 to try building a small pedalboard fly rig for a second band I am joining. Again, just looking to try something new. It is a corporate/wedding type of band and they require IEMs (which I have) and a small setup. I have a monitor already as well (Atomic CLR). I was thinking about building it around a Friedman IR-J or IR-X. I already have the effects part down. Do I need anything to go with the preamp? I know these boxes have power amp emulation. Would it be worth it to add a small power amp like the Seymour Duncan Powerstage?
Thanks in advance!
