RIP Harmony Central

Post by andvari7 »

It’s gone. No more. All of the good people went their separate ways. I wasn’t a huge HC guy, but I’m sorry that it had to go out with a whimper.

Damn, you know that place is dead when I still have topics I started on page one of amps.

"Why is PCP called Sherman Hemsley?"

I don't think I've posted in 9 years there.

Did u figure out why they call it Sherman Hemsley?

Yep, ten years later.

Apparently, there were some brown cigarettes called "Shermans" that you would dip into PCP.

Plus, Sherman Hemsley smoked a shit ton of Angel Dust.

Sherman cigarettes were handmade by the Nat Sherman company from 1930 - 2020.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nat_Sherman

They were the hipsterest of hipster cigarettes.... more hipster than American Spirit or Gauloises.
The only way I would have smoked them is if they were dipped in PCP.

James Brown did some crazy shit on PCP.

He must've done a little extra when he invented the 5150 2x12 combo.

Yeah, that place is dead. I remember spending Friday evenings in the map forum and it would go at the speed of light! It was awesome!

That place was batshit crazy. Some of the things that went on there, you’d not believe if you weren’t there. Pure insanity. If you know, you know.

There will never be another one.
