Diamond Pedals are back

Post by macgaj3 »

Good news! I knew they went out of business a couple of years ago, but another Canadian company bought the name and have started re-releasing some of their classic designs in a smaller form factor. Supposedly the exact same circuits as the originals.

My Memory Lane Jr is my all-time favorite delay, and I hopped on reverb to see if prices had come down to get a backup - was surprised to see the new versions. I don't think i'm smart-footed enough to work a tap tempo button that close to the off button, though...

Yeah, pretty cool. Hah the new Memory Lane Jr. was another contender on my short list in my delay hunt in the past week.

Memory Lane Jr reissue fuck yeah

I agree the tap tempo button is too close to the on/off button but I rarely use tap tempo anyway so that's not a deal breaker for me and I do like the smaller footprint.

I’m hating the close buttons on my mutron.

The diamond seems even worse since i do use tap tempo when i have the option.
