Any of you dudes use their audio interfaces?

I am having some issues with my Audient ID22 and have been doing some cursory research on their gear. It seems to be well priced, very capable and people rave about both the sound and hardware quality.

Anyone?

Issues with the Audient?

I am getting some gnarly static in the headphone output. I think it is a grounding issue of some sort. It has shown up in my monitors. But only a couple of times. I am in contact with them. But since they are across the Atlantic, I won't get the next reply until the morning.

If it is going to cost me a chunk to repair it, I plan on stepping up to a new and better A/I. We'll see how it goes.

Try a different USB cable.

Been there done that.

I had a MOTU Ultralite back in the day and it was pretty decent. Had some driver issues every now and then though. I'm sure they've resolved it since but I see it in their reviews a bit still. What kind of I/O do you need and what's your price range?
