Hello
I've lurked for a while, used the forum as a source of information and other amusement. Finally thought I'd create an account and contribute. I'm currently building a JTM 45 clone from Tube Depot (the step by step build manual is great) and its going really well. I'll probably be ready for a first power up sometime in late July. I'm currently finishing the wiring of the turret board into the chassis, and will do a full QA and inspection of my work before powering up for the first time.

Re: Hello
Welcome.
I'll be very interested in watching your progress on the JTM. I've thought of building one of the kits from various sources but the prices have stopped me. My thinking has been that a kit should save me significantly over just buying a manufactured unit. I don't doubt one would learn a lot in the process and there is the whole pride of accomplishment but the price has just been too step for my wallet.
Best of luck and keep us posted.
