The 53-year-old has struggled with substance abuse and has done several stints in rehab.
This says it all. If you were around JBJ that much you'd be a drunk/drug addict too.
Richie can out sing JBJ any day of the week, but his name isn't on the marquis, or the big checks. There's another reason.
